update:
lomavistarecordings.com says that 'all purchases for an album bundle include the mp3 album delivered immediately upon purchase'.
so, this should be the reason why it's already leaked.
on amazon.com the digital release has only 15 tracks instead of 17 (elizabeth & secular haze are missing there).
so, the leaked album here should be the amazon digital release.
if i'm wrong, please correct me.

You know what's funny.... Elizabeth is track 5 on the vinyl release but someone posted to youtube both missing tracks, but when you listen to this digital release Elizabeth does not sound like it should be track 5 as Papa is introducing the next song Body and Blood and this digital releases seems to be one concert.... in San Francisco?!?! Elizabeth and Secular Haze were only played in Europe.... I believe?!?!

Anyways fantastic sound and amazing live band!! Hail Ghost!!
