Not to be confounded with the Swedish band of the same name which is black metal, and not so good.

I've listened to this album now

I'll stand by the praise I gave them. But this album is a 180° change in direction. There is almost nothing left of the sound and style they pioneered.

Be warned.

Boy, I should've known they went for writing more straight-forward, accessible songs. It's only a matter of how well this album ages but I think I like it. If this is transitional, then I wonder what they'll achieve next...
